These terms and conditions apply to all services, bookings, and interactions with Tervise & Wellness OÜ (“we”, “us”, “our”) through our website tervisewellness.ee.
By using our website or booking a service, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings & Appointments
- All appointments must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
- You will receive a confirmation email after a successful booking.
- Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary. You will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
3. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds
- Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or failure to attend (no-show) may result in a charge of up to 100% of the service fee.
- Prepaid bookings are refundable only if canceled within the allowed cancellation period.
- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary. You will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative appointment or a full refund.
Due to the nature of our services, refunds are generally not provided once the service has been completed. However, if you are dissatisfied, please inform us during the session or contact us within 24 hours, and we will assess the situation and offer a reasonable solution where appropriate.By booking a service for a specific date and time, you expressly agree that the service will be provided as scheduled and acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
4. Payments
- Payments can be made online by credit or debit card through our secure booking system (Bookly).
- All prices are listed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
- Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment.
- We do not store your card details. All transactions are processed securely.
5. Health & Safety
- Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, injuries, or skin sensitivities before your appointment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or modify a treatment if we believe it may cause harm.
- Our services are not a substitute for medical treatment. If you have a medical condition, please consult your doctor before booking.
Client Satisfaction During Treatment
- If you are not satisfied with any aspect of your treatment, please inform the therapist within the first 15 minutes of the session.
- This allows us to assess and, where possible, adjust the treatment.
- If no concerns are raised during the session, the service will be considered accepted.
- This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
6. Contact Forms
- Information submitted through our contact forms is used solely to respond to your inquiry.
- We do not share your personal data with third parties without your consent.

7. Courses & Workshops
- Course fees must be paid in full to confirm your place.
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course may not be eligible for a refund.
- We reserve the right to cancel a course due to insufficient enrollment. In this case, a full refund will be issued.
8. Liability
- We are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from the use of our services, except where required by law.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate health information prior to treatment.
