General Terms
These Terms & Conditions govern all purchase agreements concluded through the online store and booking system of Tervise & Wellness OÜ.
By placing an order or booking a service through the website, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
The Terms & Conditions are presented to the customer during checkout, and the customer must actively confirm acceptance before completing payment.
Prices and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are listed in euros (€).
Tervise & Wellness OÜ is currently not registered as a VAT payer.
Payments can be made using the payment methods available during checkout, including:
- Bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor, Coop Pank, Citadele, Revolut, N26)
- Payment cards (Visa/Mastercard)
- Other payment methods displayed during checkout
Payments are processed securely through Maksekeskus AS, the authorized payment intermediary.
When making payments, the customer may see “Maksekeskus AS” as the payment recipient on their bank statement.
Tervise & Wellness OÜ does not store customers’ payment card details.
Order processing or booking confirmation begins after successful payment confirmation.
Delivery fees for physical products are added during checkout.
Products and Services
Tervise & Wellness OÜ offers:
- Skincare and homecare products
- Massage treatments
- Facial treatments
- Wellness and massage training courses
Booking and Wellness Services
All wellness services must be booked in advance through the online booking system.
After a successful booking, the customer receives a confirmation email.
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
Late cancellations or failure to attend may result in a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the booked service price.
Prepaid bookings are refundable only if canceled within the permitted cancellation period.
Tervise & Wellness OÜ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule appointments if necessary. In such cases, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and offered either:
- an alternative appointment time, or
- a full refund.
Due to the nature of wellness services, refunds are generally not provided after the service has been completed.
If a customer is dissatisfied with the service, they must inform the therapist during the session. Tervise & Wellness OÜ will review the situation and, where appropriate, offer a reasonable solution.
If no concerns are raised within the first 15 minutes of the session, the service may be considered accepted, and refunds after the session has ended may not be provided. Customers are encouraged to inform the therapist as soon as possible during the session if they are dissatisfied with the service, so that reasonable adjustments may be made where appropriate.
By booking a service for a specific date and time, the customer expressly agrees that the service will be provided at the scheduled time and acknowledges that the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to services booked for a specific date and time, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.
Customers must confirm acceptance of these conditions before completing payment.
Massage Training Courses
Course participation is confirmed only after full payment has been received.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the course start date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date may not be eligible for a refund.
Tervise & Wellness OÜ reserves the right to cancel or reschedule training courses due to insufficient enrollment, illness, force majeure, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, customers will receive either:
- a full refund, or
- The opportunity to transfer participation to another course date.
Placing an Order for Products
Orders for physical products may be modified or canceled before shipment.
To request changes or cancellation, the customer must contact Tervise & Wellness OÜ as soon as possible.
If an ordered product cannot be delivered due to stock shortages or other unforeseen circumstances, the customer will be informed immediately, and all payments made will be refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days after notification.
Delivery Information
Delivery Area
Currently, products are delivered only within Estonia.
Delivery Methods
Orders are delivered through trusted delivery partners such as:
- DPD parcel machines and courier service
- Omniva parcel machines and courier service
- Other delivery methods displayed during checkout
Estimated Delivery Time
Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days.
Estimated delivery within Estonia is usually 2–5 working days, depending on product availability and the selected delivery method.
Delivery Delays
In exceptional cases, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- courier delays,
- stock shortages,
- public holidays,
- or force majeure situations.
If a significant delay occurs, the customer will be informed as soon as possible.
Incorrect Delivery Information
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.
Tervise & Wellness OÜ is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
Damaged Parcels
If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, the customer must immediately notify the courier and contact Tervise & Wellness OÜ within 24 hours after receiving the parcel.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal for Products
According to Estonian and European Union consumer protection laws, private customers have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days after receiving the goods.
Conditions for Returns
Returned products must be:
- unused,
- unopened (for hygiene and cosmetic products),
- undamaged,
- and returned in their original packaging.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- opened or used cosmetic and skincare products due to hygiene and health protection reasons,
- customized or specially ordered products,
- products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons after opening,
- services booked for a specific date and time once the performance of the service has begun or where the customer has expressly agreed to waive the withdrawal right.
Return Procedure
To return a product, the customer must contact Tervise & Wellness OÜ by email within 14 days after receiving the order and provide:
- order number,
- product name,
- and optionally the reason for return.
After approval, return instructions will be sent to the customer.
Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is caused by a defective or incorrect product, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Refunds
Refunds are issued after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Refunds are made using the same payment method originally used for the purchase without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return shipment.
Hygiene and Cosmetic Products
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.
Product Images Disclaimer
Product images displayed in the online store are illustrative and may slightly differ from the actual product, packaging, or color.
Limitations of Skincare Results
Individual skincare results may vary depending on skin type, lifestyle, health condition, consistency of product use, and other individual factors.
Tervise & Wellness OÜ does not guarantee specific results from the use of skincare products.
Warranty and Claims
Private customers have the right to submit claims regarding defective products in accordance with applicable Estonian and European Union consumer protection laws.
If a product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or does not correspond to the description provided in the online store, the customer must contact Tervise & Wellness OÜ as soon as possible and provide:
- proof of purchase,
- description of the issue,
- and, where possible, photos of the product.
Tervise & Wellness OÜ has the right to inspect the product and offer an appropriate solution, including:
- replacement of the product,
- repair where applicable,
- or refund.
Claims do not apply to defects caused by:
- improper use,
- improper storage,
- accidental damage,
- or failure to follow product instructions.
Due to hygiene and health protection reasons, opened or used cosmetic and skincare products cannot be returned unless the product is defective.
Dispute Resolution
If the customer has complaints regarding the online store, they should first contact Tervise & Wellness OÜ via email or telephone.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiations, the customer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee in Estonia.
